Genesis 12

Prayer and Preparation
In 1 Peter 2, Peter encourages Christians who were striving to grow in their sanctification, with these words, “like new born infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation.” The best way to grow in relationship with Christ and grow in your understanding of how the Gospel changes people is through studying God’s revealed Word. Take a few minutes to pray that God would give you a hunger for His Word, in the same way that an infant longs for milk.
