Ridgeline Study Prompts
Acts 24
Prayer and Preparation
The Bible is the living and active word of God (Hebrews 4:12). When we read about things that happened two thousand years ago, God still intends to use His word to speak to us, shape us, inform us, and renew us. Pray and ask God to help this week’s passage come alive, and active, in your life.

In verses 22 through 26 we find that Felix has a lot of access to biblical truth. In what ways was he exposed to “saving knowledge”? And yet, what is his overall response?
Application
Have you experienced discouragement, setbacks, or hardships recently? The saying goes, “misery loves company.” In what ways can you find encouragement by reading chapter 24? Write down your answer, then get together with a spiritual partner to share about your discouragement and what you’re learning in this season. Also share any ways you are being encouraged. (How about picking up your phone right now and text someone an invitation to meet for a walk or coffee/tea - while you’re thinking about it.)
